Usage |
Put the hot
melt gle granuclars in edge banding machine and connect 220V power supply. It
can be used after being preheated for ten minutes. The operating temperature
is 130℃ ~ 150℃. 1. Temperature
control: Operating temperature is generally tested within 130℃ ~ 150℃ but not exceeding 220℃. Check temperatures regularly using either a
live and systematic lab thermometer or metal thermometer or a planned
thermostat. If necessary, adjust again because after a long working time, the
temperature set on the machine may give wrong information. 2. Liner speed: 15 ~ 20 m/min, according to edge width, fast speed may
lead to error. 3. Hot melt adhesive consumption for sealing surface: 300 ~ 400g/m2. |

Packing and Storage |
Paper bags packing, 25kg/bag. Stored in a cool and dry
place, expired date is two years. |

Note |
1.Opening and
curing time will vary with the temperature at which the adhesive is heated,
coating amount, sticking period and the strength. 2.The
temperature of the melting system is high, please do not touch it with your
hand in order to avoid scald. 3.If the glue
drop on the skin, the burnt part should be immediately immersed in cold water
for at least 15 minutes and then sent to hospital to be treated. |
